Home Fragrance Workshop Saturday 8 June 2024 at 1pm

This private one-on-one class is held at the Nrglife Products studio in Ningi, Queensland (60kms north of Brisbane). It is basically halfway between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

The exact address will be provided upon confirmation of your booking with an information sheet.

• Learn how to make your very own soy candles.
• Understand the art and process of candle making.
• Learn how to solve common candle making problems in an easy and simple way.
• Learn about different types of waxes.
• How to measure the amount of wax a vessel will hold.
• How to use fragrances and the recommended quantity for a candle.
• How to choose the correct Wick and size for each chosen vessel, to avoid the tunnelling pitfalls or mushrooming.
• Learn what temperatures to use for melting and pouring that make the best candles.

• This class is hands-on, personalised and tailored to your requirements. It’s ideal for beginners who have never made a candle before and want to get started to make candles at home.
• This class is not suitable for small children however children over the age of 10 who will be accompanied by an adult are welcome.

Everything is provided but you are welcome to bring some extra special things you would like to use…

• Any favourite crystals or shells you might want to add once the candle has been set (if time permits).
• A pen and paper, to jot down notes.

Please wear casual clothes and flat closed in shoes for safety and comfort. (No high heels
please). Keep in mind making candles can be a little messy. An Apron will be provided for you to wear on the day!

1. Two glass candles (big choice in styles).
2. One travel tin candle.
3. Two wax melts.

The value of these products
is over $125. Includes soy wax, wicks, wick stickers, caution stickers, fragrance, an instructional workbook (via email). We are flexible, this is your private class. The best way to learn is practice.

I am very careful about the ingredients I use and recommend.

If you are under 3 months pregnant, we recommend staying at home, put your feet up and play it safe. Fragrance oils will be used in this class.

Workshops are Pre-Paid to ensure your position in the workshop. Please give me at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend your private workshop to avoid forfeiting the workshop. If you give me 48 hours or more notice, I am happy to offer you a different workshop date.

While arriving, attending, and leaving the workshop, it is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain and adhere to all safety precautions and requirements during the workshop. Nrglife and Workshop Instructors, hold no personal lability or responsibility for any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property, or any physical injuries obtained during the workshop. By attending the workshop, you agree in holding full responsibility and liability for any damages, injuries to parties involved and physical and/or personal property that may occur during the workshop.
